Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. ******FIRST LAYER******
  2. Cream together butter, flour & nuts, press into bottom of 9X9 pan.
  3. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees F ... cool
  4. ********SECOND LAYER*******
  5. Cream together and add half of COOL WHIP, cream cheese, and confectioners sugar. Put on top of cooled crust.
  6. ********THIRD LAYER********
  7. Mix pudding with milk and beat until thick and put on top of 2nd layer.
  8. Top with rest of COOL WHIP.
  9. Sprinkle with chopped nuts, coconut or grated chocolate
  10. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  11. Keep covered.
  12. Will keep several days.
