Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Drain tuna extra well
  2. Put in a bowl and separate with a fork
  3. Mince onion very very fine (almost liquify)
  4. Stir together onion, tuna, and cream cheese
  5. Mash with fork to smooth
  6. Shape into a ball with plastic wrap
  7. Place in fridge to firm, about an hour but best overnight
  8. **serve with ritz crackers or other party crackers**
