Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sifted flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups milk

Directions:

  1. Mix well the flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. Combine the egg and milk.
  3. Gradually add to the flour mixture.
  4. Stirring only until smooth.
  5. Add Grape-Nuts Flakes and butter.
  6. Cook on hot, greased griddle.
