Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F degrees.
  2. Place apples in a buttered 2-quart casserole dish.
  3. Sprinkle with stevia and lemon juice.
  4. In a small bowl, combine granola , stevia, flour, cinnamon and flax.
  5. Cut butter into mixture until the mixture is crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle over the apples.
  7. Bake for 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
  8. If you are gluten intolerant, look on the label of the granola you are using to make sure wheat hasn't been added.
  9. The flax seed gives a nice, nutty crunch.
