Ingredients:

  • 2 cup. flour
  • 1 1/2 cup. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 2 eggs

Directions:

  1. Sift flour, sugar, salt and soda together.
  2. Add pineapple and eggs to flour mixture and blend.
  3. Then pour into oblong pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  4. =====================================================
  5. Topping for Cake:
  6. 1 stick margarine
  7. 1 c. evaporated milk
  8. 1/2 c. white sugar
  9. 1 tsp. vanilla
  10. Combine all ingredients together in pan and boil for approximately 12 minutes. Spread over cake while warm.
