Grandpa Mitchell's Zucchini Jelly

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 bottle certo (1 box)
  • 1 (3 oz) box orange jell-o
  • 1 (3 oz) box apricot gelatin (or another orange will do)

Directions:

  1. Cook zuchini in own juice, 6 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, certo, lemon juice.
  3. Boil 6 minutes more.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. Add Jello.
  6. Stir for 5 minutes.
  7. Put into jars.
