Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  2. In a medium sauce pan, boil first four ingredients to a boil.
  3. Remove from heat add the baking soda and vanilla.
  4. Pour the mixture over the popcorn. Stir to coat and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake the covered popcorn for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minuets.
  6. Cool and keep covered.
