Ingredients:

  • 150 grs. of butter
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 5 big spons of sugar

Directions:

  1. Mix the flour with the sugar and the butter and make a hole in the center of the preparation
  2. Mix the milk with the eggs and reserve a little for the end and the rest, put it in the hole of the preparation
  3. Mix everything (better with a fork) till you get a dough, and don't knead it!
  4. Stretch the dough and cut circles with a sharp circle cutter (or a tiny glass or cup) and put them in a buttered and floured metal plate
  5. Use the reserved mix of egg and milk to paint the scons and then put them into the oven to bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
  6. Be carefull not to burn them.
  7. Leave them at room temperature for a while and serve them with a nice cup of tea or coffee.
