Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Grind up first 4 ingredients in a food grinder.
  2. Add spices.
  3. Add sugar and vinegar.
  4. Bring to boil over medium high heat.
  5. Stir occasionally to prevent sticking.
  6. Cook down to desired thickness.
  7. We like ours like a thin applesuace consistency.
  8. And put in hot jars and seal.
