Grandma Betty's Best Banananut Bread

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 large bananas
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:

  1. Mix together butter, sugar, eggs, and bananas.
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
  3. Spray a 9x5 inch pan with oil spray.
  4. Add mix to pan and bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
  5. After removing from oven, allow to cool for 5 minutes then let finish cooling on a cooling rack.
