Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups heavy cream

Directions:

  1. In a small saucepan combine egg yolks, sugar and salt.
  2. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in liqueur then allow to cool.
  4. Beat cream until stiff peaks form then fold into liqueur mixture just until combined.
  5. Cover and chill 2 hours then serve with assorted fresh fruits.
