Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat together egg yolks, sugar and flour until light and lemon coloured.
  2. In saucepan, heat milk with cream until bubbles form around edge of pan.
  3. Beat into yolk mixture.
  4. Transfer to saucepan, cook gently over low heat, stirring constantly, until custard has thickened.
  5. Stir in liqueur.
  6. Serve warm or cold.
