Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 2/3 cups of sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup grand marnier
  • 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Heat butter and chocolate chips in a saucepan, stirring constantly until melted
  3. Beat in the remaining ingredients until smooth
  4. Spread in a greased 9x9 baking pan
  5. Bake until center is set, about 30 minutes
  6. Cool completely
  7. Drizzle with melted white chocolate chips ( Melt 1 cup white chocolate chips in the microwave on high in 30-second increments, stirring in between increments, until chocolate is melted)
