  1. Brown garlic, onions and spices in olive oil over medium high heat
  2. Brown cut side of artichoke hearts
  3. Add halved tomatoes, add cup of water or white/red wine and bring to a boil
  4. Lower heat to simmer when half the liquid remains cover for 5 minutes then serve
