Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Line bottom of a rectangular baking pan with a layer of whole graham crackers. Combine melted butter, sugar, milk and beaten egg in a saucepan then cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Remove from heat and add coconut, nuts and crumbs. Spread over crackers. Top with remaining crackers. To make frosting combine butter, milk, sugar, vanilla and pecans and beat until smooth. Spread on top of graham crackers and refrigerate for 24 hours. Sprinkle with coconut then cut into bars and serve.
