Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut all of the chicken breast into cubes (perferably half thawed).
  2. Sear the chicken breast in Olive Oil until cooked through in a frying pan.
  3. During the cooking of the chicken breast, put dried selected pasta in the bottom of 9x9 by 4 inches deep Corning Ware dish.
  4. Put cooked chicken breast on top of pasta.
  5. Mix chicken soup with measured amount of water and stir in separate container to relieve mixture of lumps. Pour the mixture over the pasta and cooked chicken breast.
  6. Scrap the carrots with a knife and grate in a separate dish. Now put the carrots on top of cooked chicken breast.
  7. Spread Kraft Miracle Whip Salad Dressing over top of carrots.
  8. Place Corning Ware with all ingredients with lid covering it into Microwave oven.
  9. Set on Pasta setting for 20 minutes. (The time may vary due to the differences in wattages of some microwaves.).
  10. After cooking time is finished, take out of oven and place cheese slices over baked GORD'S GOLDEN CASSAROLE.
  11. Serve with dinner crackers and Green Tea.
