Directions:

  1. Mix soup, water, rice, onion powder, and pepper in a shallow baking dish. Stir in veggies.
  2. Top with chicken, sprinkle additional spices if desired. Cover
  3. Bake until chicken is cooked through and the rice is tender, about 45 minutes.
  4. Remove from oven. Sprinkle cheese over chicken and stir rice before serving.
  5. [TIP: For a toasty cheese topping - after baking, sprinkle chicken with cheese, uncover and place under broiler for a few minutes.]
