Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Combine honey, peanut butter, oil, vanilla, and egg in large bowl and mix well.
  3. Add flaxseed meal, cinnamon, salt and mix well.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and mix till it is all combined.
  5. Press into a 13x9-inch baking pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray (or line the pan with foil and spray the foil).
  6. Bake for 25-35 minutes, until the edges are beginning to brown.
  7. Let cool completely, transfer to cutting board and cut into bars.
