Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Scrub potatoes and cook until tender (about 20 minutes).
  2. Drain,cool until easy to handle.
  3. Peel potatoes& grate coarsely, and combine with the next 6 ingredients.
  4. Turn into a well-buttered 9-by-i3 inch baking dish.
  5. Smooth top,sprinkle with bread crumbs which has been combined with melted butter.
  6. Now tricky part,know your oven-every one is different.
  7. I cook this in mine 40 minutes at 350*.
