Ingredients:

  • 1 -1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp onion salt

Directions:

  1. In large bowl, combine all ingredients and mix into a soft dough.
  2. Turn dough out onto a floured surface and knead 20 times.
  3. Divide dough into fourths and roll each quarter into a 12 inch long rope.
  4. Cut each rope into 1/2 inch pieces, and set on a floured surface.
  5. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  6. Roll each piece of dough across the tines of a fork to get groves on it and drop it into the pot of water.
  7. Cook gnocchi until it floats to the top.
  8. Drain and serve.
