  1. Cream butter and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in
  2. 2 whole eggs and 1 egg yolk (reserving white for topping) and vanilla. Sift flour with baking powder and salt, stir into butter mixture. Fold in 1/2 cup of the walnuts. Spread mixture in 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. Combine remaining egg white with 2 Tbsp sugar, stir in rest of walnuts and spoon evenly over batter. Bake at 375 degrees for
