Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Slice plantains diagonally 1/4 thick and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  2. Cook in hot oil over medium heat turning often until lightly browned about 8 minutes.
  3. Sprinkle with sugar then add juice and reduce heat to low.
  4. Cook turning often until plantains are golden about 5 minutes.
  5. Top with whipped topping.
