Glazed Green Beans

Ingredients:

  • 2-3 slices bacon
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • regular sugar (2-3 tsp)
  • 2 cans regular green beans drained

Directions:

  1. Cook the bacon in skillet until done.
  2. Remove from the pan.
  3. Add diced onion to bacon grease and cook for a few minutes until onion is tender.
  4. Add brown sugar and regular sugar and stir.
  5. After there is a glaze in the skillet add the cans of green beans.
  6. Crumble the bacon onto the grean beans, toss them in.
  7. Let simmer until onions are done but not crispy.
  8. Enjoy.
