Directions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil to 360
  2. Divide each biscuit into 4 pieces and roll into balls
  3. Fry in the oil until golden brown
  4. In a large paper bag (the bag will catch some of the oil on the balls), combine the cinnamon, nutmeg, and powdered sugar
  5. Add the balls and shake to coat
  6. In a small bowl, add the powdered sugar and slowly add the milk, whisk to combine
  7. Pour over the balls
