  1. In a large pot, combine the first 5 ingredients, bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Boil for 5 minute stirring occassionally.
  3. Place carrots in 2 9 x 13 baking pans; pour mixture over carrots.
  4. Bake uncovered in 350F oven for 30 - 40 minute until heated through.
