Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In small bowl, combine mascarpone, garlic, olives, Dijon, hot sauce and a lil pepper.
  2. Mix well to combine.
  3. Spread a thin layer onto tortillas, making sure to get nearly to the ends.
  4. Top with a single layer of spinach, but make sure to cover the cheese mixture.
  5. Add slices of mozzarella, but don't worry about totally covering the spinach, here.
  6. Finally, top with slices of salami, and, again, make sure to go mostly to the edges, as with the mascarpone mixture and the spinach.
  7. Roll into a cigar like shape. Roll it tightly, but not so tightly the filling squishes out!
  8. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and refrigerate for about 30 minutes.
  9. Slice into about 3/4in rounds and serve.
