Ingredients:

  • 30 g oats
  • 0.12 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp cloves, ground
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Mix water, salt and oats and put into the microwave for 2 minutes.
  2. Mix in spices, then add milk.
  3. Add sweetner or sugar as desired!
