Ingredients:

  • 1 cup molasses
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Stir molasses and water together, then add the other ingredients.
  2. Drop by teaspoonfull on greased cookie sheet.
  3. Cook at 350 for 10-12 minutes.
