Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 inches fresh ginger, sliced (about 1.5 tbsp)
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Combine the fresh ginger, water, honey, and lemon juice in a saucepan and simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Strain the tea into a mug.
