Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 3 -4 tbsp flour
  • 1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
  • 3 eggs

Directions:

  1. Boil the eggs and the giblets from the turkey and allow to cool completely.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan.
  3. Add the flour to the butter and brown.
  4. Add chicken broth until the right consistency. You may not need all of it.
  5. Chop boiled eggs and giblets and add to the gravy.
  6. Salt and pepper to taste.
