Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut open both Kaiser Rolls.
  2. Cover the bottom halves with ketchup,
  3. Cover with the salad. Ad the cold left over Pork Schnitzel, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Ad a slice of hard boiled egg.
  5. Cover the top half of the Kaiser Roll with mayo and put on the Schnitzel.
  6. Serve cold alone or with a side of potato salad.
