Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 450°F If you have a convection oven, set at 425°F
  2. In a large bowl, mix everything till light and fluffy. DO NOT OVER MIX!
  3. Pour into a greased 9 X 13 and bake for 12 - 18 minute ENJOY.
