Ingredients:

  • 2 medium potatoes
  • 1/2 medium onion
  • 4 sprigs parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. carraway seed
  • 2 tbsp. flour
  • 2 tbsp. margarine

Directions:

  1. Combie potatoes, onion, lemon peel and parsley with beaten egg. Set aside.
  2. Mix ground beef, seasonings and carraway seed.
  3. Combine both mixtures and mix thoroughly.
  4. Form into 16 balls.
  5. Dip balls into the flour. Brown in margarine.
  6. Disolve bouillon cubes into boiling water.
  7. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
