Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 banana

Directions:

  1. Use a food processor or blender for this recipe.
  2. Fit steel blade in processor work bowl.
  3. Combine all ingredients and process only 8 to 10 seconds.
  4. For blender preparation, cut peach into 3 to 4 pieces, add other ingredients and whirl until smooth.
  5. Serve immediately in tall glass.
