Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Peel and slice the tomatoes.
  2. Cut as many tomato rounds as you have toast rounds.
  3. Mix mayonnaise with garlic.
  4. Spread on tomatoes.
  5. Broil for 3 minutes, until brown.
  6. Sprinkle with chives and bacon.
  7. Serve.
