Garlic Spinach and Bacon Pasta With Parm

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook Pasta (I used angel hair) according to directions.
  2. Meanwhile over medium heat melt butter/oil (you could use all of one if you prefer) and add garlic, heat until tender but not brown.
  3. Add the spinach and heat through.
  4. Crumble bacon into sauce and continue to stir.
  5. Add cooked and drained pasta and toss with sauce.
  6. Add Parmesan cheese and combine thoroughly.
  7. Serve immediately and pass extra Parmesan.
