Garlic Rosemary Potato

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups potato
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp rosemary

Directions:

  1. Peel cut and wash potatos. Place in tin foil with garlic, rosemary and sprinkle with olive oil. cook on BBQ for 45 mins or until soft enough to mash together. Serve hot.
