Garlic Roasted Broccoli With Balsamic Vinegar

Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 large bunch broccoli
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 475. In a small bowl, combine olive oil and garlic.
  2. Cut broccoli into florets and spread on a rimmed baking sheet. Pour garlic over broccoli and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Roast 7-9 minutes, turning once, until broccoli is tender and charred at the edges.
  4. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with vinegar.
