Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. .Lightly grease a loaf tin and set aside. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. Stir together the flours, baking powder, garlic, herbs, and salt.
  3. Stir into the dry ingredients the mustard, oil and water until just mixed.
  4. Pour into the loaf pan and place in the oven. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted into the centre comes out clean. Stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.
