Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook the potatoes until tender
  2. Meanwhile, in a huge fry pan, saute the garlic in the butter on low, stirring constantly for 5minutes. Do not let turn color.
  3. Add the parsley, cook 1 minute
  4. Add the broth
  5. Put the potatoes through the food processor until creamy but leave some lumps. Add a tsp of the potato water if it isn't moving freely
  6. Add the potatoes to the garlic pan
  7. Add the cream
  8. Salt and Pepper
  9. On low cook for 10 minutes
  10. Stir in the Parmesan
  11. Add the hot pepper if you wish.
  12. I have been eating raw garlic for about 10 years because I was always getting sick. Haven't had a cold in as much time.
