Ingredients:

  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup toasted baguette crumbs

Directions:

  1. Mince garlic and mash to a paste with a pinch of salt, then transfer to a bowl and stir in oil, salt, and pepper. Add baguette crumbs and stir until combined well.
