  1. Preheat broiler.
  2. Combine first 4 ingredients in a shallow dish. Rub lamb chops with prune mixture; dredge in breadcrumbs. Coat lamb with cooking spray. Place lamb on broiler pan coated with cooking spray. Broil 3 to 4 minutes on each side or to desired degree of doneness. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
