Fusilli a La Cabresie

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook one package of fusilli pasta (375g).
  2. Put garlic and oil in skillet on low heat.
  3. Cut in half and add all cherry tomatoes to skillet, and turn up to medium, being careful not to burn the garlic.
  4. Cut mozzerella into cubes. Place in large mixing/serving bowl and toss in the basil.
  5. Press down on all the cherry tomatoes with a fork, and turn off the heat.
  6. Drain pasta and put in bowl on top of cheese.
  7. Add the tomato mixture to the cheese and pasta, then mix well.
