Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Note: I normally do not measure anything when I cook so measure things according to your taste.
  2. Heat beans in a pan on the stove at medium heat until they get soft
  3. While beans are cooking, smash a clove of garlic in a mixing bowl
  4. Pour the beans in the bowl and mix them with the garlic
  5. Smash the beans until they look more like a paste than beans
  6. Pour lemon juice (maybe 1/2 tsp or so) into the mixture and mix together
  7. Pour tahini sauce into the mixture and mix
  8. Pour olive oil to taste on top of the ful.
  9. Eat with arab bread
