Ingredients:

  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

  1. Whisk egg and then add lemon juice and mustard.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Combine oil and slowly whisk into egg mixture.
  4. Mash garlic and also whisk in.
  5. Salt and pepper to taste.
