Ingredients:

  • 1 handful of diced bacon
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 large hand ful of grated cheese
  • 2 tsp of butter

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a pot
  2. Add bacon
  3. Chop tomatoes and garlic
  4. When the are cut up add to bacon
  5. Cook for 6 min
  6. Add cheese stir in till cheese is melted
  7. Then serve up on hot toast
  8. Salt and pepper to tast
