Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375°F.
  2. Grease square 8 X 8 X 2-inch baking pan.
  3. Mix all ingredients except streusel; beat vigorously for 1 minute.
  4. Spread patter in pan; sprinkle with streusel.
  5. Bake until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes.
  6. Cool 10 minutes; cut into squares.
