Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 1 cup flour
  • 8 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 4 -5 large peaches, sliced (or 4-5 cups of strawberries)

Directions:

  1. Melt butter. Mix dry ingredients, add milk. Pour into a 8x8 baking dish sprayed with Pam. Add fruit. (DO NOT MIX TOGETHER) Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350* for 50 minutes. Serve hot with hard sauce or ice cream.
  2. If there is any leftover, it tastes even better the next day!
