Ingredients:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Directions:

  1. In a buttered 8 baking dish, put 2 cups of fruit with sugar to taste.
  2. Over it, pour the batter, mixed in the order given above.
  3. Bake 350F 30 minutes.
  4. Serve with whipped cream or ice cream.
