Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Stir 1-1/2 cups boiling water into the l pkg.
  2. Strawberry gelatin in a large bowl at least 2 minutes until dissolved.
  3. Mix l cup cold orange juice and ice to make 1-1/4 cup.
  4. Stir into gelatin.
  5. Refrigerate 30 minutes or until slightly thickened.
  6. Remove 1-1/2 cups of the gelatin; stir in the drained fruit cocktail.
  7. Stir 1/2 of the Cool Whip into remaining gelatin with a wire whisk until blended.
  8. Pour into a 9-inch square dish.
  9. Refrigerate about 10 minutes until set but not firm.
  10. Carefully spoon fruit gelatin over creamy layer in dish.
  11. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
  12. Cut into squares.
  13. Garnish with remaining Cool Whip.
